During the operation of the elevator, if there is abnormal noise, it is necessary to stop the machine to check whether the installation surface is leveled, and whether the screw lift is vertical to the ground. If it is not vertical, the screw rod and the worm gear in the box are hard to make abnormal noise, which greatly increases the friction between the screw rod and the internal thread of the worm gear. Over time, the screw tooth is worn out, and the machine is scrapped. If there is abnormal noise after the installation surface is leveled, check whether the screw lift and motor, or the commutator, connecting rod and coupling are concentric. The non-concentricity of each component leads to the competition, and the possibility of abnormal noise at the coupling end is very high.
